Excellence in Construction Award 2026

This award is open to businesses of any size operating in the construction sector based in Halton or actively involved in Halton based construction sites. We welcome applications from specialist installers, direct product suppliers, main contractors and major subcontractors as well as fabricators, specialist trades and manufacturers of components. 

This award will be presented to a Halton based business which has achieved remarkable results in the construction sector. Entries should show how the business exhibits best practice to build a sustainable operation. This may be through effective construction techniques, developing staff, introducing new products or capital investments.

The judges will be looking for:

• Best use of construction techniques and processes

• Product development

• Evidence that the company is linking its operations to future market requirements

• Evidence of sustainability considerations

• Future growth plans
