In 2026, we will start our new development Violet Phase Two delivering 80,000 sq ft of laboratory and office space, providing the capability for translational laboratory activities, pilot-scale development and even small-scale manufacture of products. As this development is part of the Liverpool City Region Innovation Zone, companies will be eligible for business rates relief, NI contribution holidays and enhanced capital allowances.
